This is the second time I've taken my vehicles here and my family has also taken their cars here. Larry, Carol and the crew at Jackson's are the best and always provide great customer service and the work is superior. They not only fixed what was needed, but to my surprise did a few extra touch ups without me even asking and with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this shop for all your auto body needs!

This is the 4th time I have had my vehicles fixed here not to mention my parents and sister all get their cars worked on at Jacksons Auto Body. I would choose Jacksons anyday over any other place. I currently live in Portland and still choose to drive back and forth to Salem to use their services. Larry and every person employed there are very respectful, trust worthy, warm, welcoming, personable, professional and quick. I have a brand new 2015 car that unfortunately has needed to be worked on twice already. Each time they worked on my car it has looked brand new again (even better then when I drove it off the lot). The inside of my car was polished and dusted and looked 5 times better than when I dropped it off. They guarantee their work, and even take the time to fix small "problems" if you stop in randomly. They make your over all experience as easy as can be by working with the insurance companies when they can. I cannot say enough amazing things about how great their work is. We have used Jackson's Auto Body Shop both for Business vehicles as well as Personal vehicles. Each and Every time they do a thorough evaluation of the damages to provide the best service and repairs possible. Having your vehicle damaged is a very emotional situation and this shop understands the importance of getting you back in the drivers seat in a timely fashion. I would strongly encourage anyone who is needing repairs done to stop into Jackson's and let them show you what they can do. Being a Business owner myself and holding a high level of expectations, these folks really know what they are doing. They also have a shuttle service so you need not to worry about how you get back to work or home while dropping your car off for repairs.

Highly recommend Jackson's Body Shop!  We have been a customer of Jackson's for over 26 years!  Unfortunately, we have been hit many times, so Jackson's has completed several repairs.  The last accident, involved one of our commercial trucks, a Dodge Ram 3500.  It had been heavily damaged, but after Jackson's...it looks amazing!  They did a great job!

Larry was our insurance advocate to make sure the truck was repaired correctly.   Larry provided great 'hands on' customer service, Carol is a sweet heart...part of a great team!  Thank you!  =)

After my car was hit and my passenger door crushed in I took my car to Jackson's. Their quote was on par with everywhere else, but their staff was much friendlier. They found a replacement door within 2 days, said it would take 3 to fix but only took 48 hours, and it looks amazing! Thanks for helping me get my car back so fast and at a great price!

Came in to get my handle replaced on my Infinity FX35 and I had ordered a part online to replace the broken one and I called on a Thursday to drop it off that same day and it was ready two hours later. AMAZING service and great price. Some places wouldn’t replace it for me because I didn’t buy the part from them but they had no problem helping me. Definitely recommend this place if you want efficient and genuine service. Thanks Larry and your team!

We have had to have body work on three different vehicles over the last 5 years.  Most recently,  our pickup and camper were rear-ended. The accident slammed the camper in to the front of the bed. All kinds of small areas of damage but over 4500.00 worth. AH-MAZ-ING job. I cannot say enough GREAT about this FAMILY business. Highly recommended!
