Phase Two – The Paint Department

Accident Repair — Car Body Paint Restoration in Salem, OR
The Diamont Paint System from BASF is considered to be among the finest paint systems in the US. As an added level of knowledge, our painting team is certified by BASF every two years. By being certified by the paint manufacturer, we are able to provide our customers with a written lifetime paint warranty. This warranty covers our paintwork against solvent blistering, peeling and hazing.

Our facility has two Air Filtration down draft paint booths with 2,000,000 BTU burners to bake the paint at up 160 degrees. The downdraft paint booths greatly reduce waste and ensure that all excess paint is properly captured and fumes are kept to a minimum. Our painters use the latest technology and DEQ Certified spray equipment.

Every car has a paint code from the car manufacturer. We use this code to mix the paint for your car and then use test spray out panels, tinting and blending procedures to ensure the best color match possible.

Phase Three – The Frame Department

Frame Repair — Vehicle Frame Restoration in Salem, OR
Jackson’s has full frame and unibody straightening equipment. Jackson’s utilizes two computerized measuring systems to measure your vehicle's frame in millimeters. In today’s world, millimeters can mean the difference between a precision fit of exterior parts or uneven gaps. As with our other departments, our frame technicians continue their training on our frame equipment as the vehicle manufacturers make new recommendations on how to make better repairs on cars.
